About Us

Feds Helping Feds—in Europe

Long-Established Voice, Experience

I have been representing federal employees and their unions—including prior work as a legal rights attorney with AFGE District 14 in Washington, D.C. (and in Europe) for over 9 years—my perspective is both practical and global. My government experience included investigative, advisory, and oversight roles across various agencies, related to workplace matters, professional responsibility, internal security, physical/information security, criminal investigations (drug enforcement, violent crime, fraud), contract irregularities, and related matters (and brief stints as attorney-advisor at two agencies after leaving government).

Our Commitment

We provide a no-cost review of your case, outlining its strengths, weaknesses, and the options available to you. All fees are explained, should you proceed with us. Our goal is to support the American federal employee community in Europe. We represent:

  • U.S. federal employees and/or their unions (any pay band)

  • Federal managers/supervisors (in disputes with agencies or higher management)

  • Veterans on some VA matters (inquire)

  • Employees/families in some Tort actions against the DoD (inquire)

  • Employees during security matters and internal investigations

Fees and Costs

Our fees depend on the type and complexity of your case. We may charge a flat fee, an hourly rate, a contingency fee, or a combination of these arrangements. During your consultation, we will discuss the structure that best fits your case and provide a general estimate of potential costs (and outline what drives certain costs). In addition to attorney’s fees, clients are responsible for case-related expenses. These may include court filing fees, postage, document and record retrieval fees, deposition expenses, third-party services, and so on. We are always transparent about these costs and will keep you informed as your case progresses. For matters billed hourly, we charge for the time spent performing productive work on your case. This includes meetings, telephone calls, emails, document review, legal research, drafting, and appearances. Your will be provided detailed records of all work performed.

Our Commitment to You

We are committed to providing clear, honest legal advice based on the specific facts of your case. However, effective representation is a partnership. To serve you well, we ask that you: Provide accurate and truthful information, respond to our communications in a timely manner, and meet agreed-upon financial obligations

Why Us?

We don’t just know the system—we lived it. We are also in Europe, unlike others. Contact us today for a no-cost brief consult !
